John has founded and cofounded several companies, acting as CTO for 35+ years. Most recently with Sports Signup, the company was acquired by Time Inc. after reaching 1.5M registrants. In 1985, John co-founded Map Info (now Pitney Bowes Map Info) which grew to >$185M in annual revenue.

Dr. Weill is the former Director of the Center for Advanced Lung Disease and Lung and Heart-Lung Transplant Program at Stanford University Medical Center. He is currently the Principal of the Weill Consulting Group which focuses on improving the delivery of pulmonary, ICU, and transplant care. Dr. Weill has authored numerous medical articles, book chapters, and editorials.
