With the patient’s consent, clinical teams can access their patient’s remote PFT data through the ZEPHYRx Provider Dashboard. The dashboard enables you to gather critical, real-time patient information between in-person visits to support your goals of improved care and outcomes.

Real-time Video Coaching

The Provider Dashboard and Breathe Easy patient app boast a built-in video call feature enabling clinical teams to interact with patients in real-time and coach them on the often-challenging pulmonary function test (PFT). Clinical teams can directly see how well tests are performed and provide immediate feedback to ensure maximal effort during the PFT.

PFT Tasks, Reminders & Notifications

Assign patient PFT tasks and schedule automated reminders. Patients will receive a notification and can instantly launch the Breathe Easy app to view their tasks, ensuring timely completion of their PFTs.

Customer Support

We provide live video, email, and phone support for patients and clinical teams. If a patient requires assistance with their spirometer, we hop on a video call and walk them through their issue. And we have extended support hours available Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm EST.
